On the 12th of June 2011, I got up at about half 10 .The Larry Wall day was starting at 2 o'clock. The Larry Wall Day is a day of tradtional Irish music and dance to remember the best tradtional player you could hear .He was born in The Commons and was reared in The Commons .He was known all over the world.Every year since he died they have had a tradtional Irish music and dance day to remember him.He has relations in New Zealand and England who travelled from their countries to The Commons.Roundy Lawlor was there. He is the best bodhrán player around. He is 88 years old.He was Larry Wall's best f riend and he played music with him in the past.Girls from New Zealand danced, they were good.It was a great day. Can't wait for next year!
