On the 10th of June at 3.30 am we had to meet at the church carpark in Littleton. We all went on a bus for an hour and a half to Shannon Airport. Our flight was at six o'clock.
21 players and eight parents travelled. the flight from Shannon was about an hour and a half to London Stansted. We had our breakfast there and went to the Arcade. We also looked around. Later on we flew to Lyon and met the Lyons President. We took a 40 minute bus trip to Lyon's training ground. We had some drinks and played soccer. Later the host family came and collected us.
On Saturday we woke up at eight o'clock. We left at quarter to nine for the soccer pitch. We played five matches each day and had food Saturday night at the soccer pitch. I ate Piella.
On Sunday it was the finals day. The B team lost in the semi final and the A team lost in the group stage. We had about seven matches each. Our host family brought us to McDonalds and brought us to a massive church and to the top of the tower. On Monday morning we woke up at 7 o'clock and went and went to the hotel to meet up with all the others players. We went to the airport and flew back to Ireland.We got the bus back to Littleton and were met by our parents.It was a great expierience.
